Simply:

1. Mix the sachet in water.
   
2. Dip the fabric for 45 mint.
   
3. Wash with detergent thoroughly.
   
4. Dry in shade.

After Dye, do not discard the dye water immediately. Let the fabric dry completely and check the final colour. If you want a deeper shade, simply stir the dye water and dip and dye the fabric again in the same dye water.
